These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Qorelo platform and related services ("Service") provided by Qorelo GmbH, registered in Germany ("Qorelo", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Qorelo provides an AI-powered platform for SAP project delivery, including but not limited to scoping, documentation, analysis, and process optimization tools. The Service is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution on a subscription basis.
To use the Service, you must register an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. All fees are stated in Euros and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, algorithms, designs, and documentation, are and remain the exclusive property of Qorelo GmbH. No rights are transferred to you except the limited license to use the Service as described in these Terms.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service ("Customer Data"). By using the Service, you grant Qorelo a limited license to process Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Data Privacy Policy.
Where applicable, a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) will be entered into between Qorelo and the customer.
We aim to maintain a high level of Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.
Support is provided via email at info@qorelo.com. Response times and support levels depend on your subscription tier.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qorelo's total liability arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Qorelo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, regardless of the cause of action.
The Service provides AI-generated outputs intended to augment — not replace — professional judgment. Qorelo does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content for a specific purpose.
These Terms are effective from the date you first access the Service and continue for the duration of your subscription. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice at the end of the current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. You may request export of your Customer Data within 30 days of termination, after which it may be deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict of law provisions. The courts of Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms.
